تعلن الهيئة العامة للضرائب والرسوم عن طلب عروض (داخلي وخارجي) لمشروع أتمتة نظام الإدارة الضريبية المتكامل للهيئة العامة للضرائب والرسوم وفقاً لدفتر الشروط الفنية ودفتر الشروط الخاصة الحقوقية والمالية.

التأمينات المؤقتة:

بالنسبة للعارض الخارجي 325,000 $ فقط ثلاثمائة وخمس وعشرين ألف دولار أمريكي، أو ما يعادلها بالعملة المحلية بالنسبة للعارض الداخلي وفق سعر التحويل المعتمد لدى مصرف سورية المركزي.

التأمينات النهائية:

10% من قيمة العقد الإجمالية.

مدة التنفيذ:

/27/ شهراً (مقسمة على أربع مراحل) وفق ما يلي:

الأولى	الدراسة التحليلية والتصميمية	ستة أشهر
الثانية	تنفيذ العمليات الأساسية	اثنا عشر شهراً
الثالثة	تنفيذ العمليات الثانوية	ستة أشهر
الرابعة	الخدمات الالكترونية	ثلاثة أشهر

The General commission for Taxes and Fees announces its request for (internal and external) bids for a project of automate the integrated tax administration system for the General commission for Taxes and Fees.

According to the technical specifications book and the legal and financial special conditions book.

Temporary insurances:

For the external bidder $325,000 only three hundred and twenty-five thousand US dollars, or its equivalent in the local currency for the internal bidder, according to the transfer price approved by the Central Bank of Syria.

Final insurances:

10% of the total contract value.

Execution period:

/27/ months (divided into four phases) according to the following:

Delay fines:

0.001 one per thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay and not exceeding 20% twenty percent of the total contract value.

The period of engagement of the bidder with his offer:

 /6/ is six months, starting from the day following the expiry date of the deadline for submission of offers.

The period of engagement of the nominated bidder with his offer:

/6/ is six months, starting from the day following the date on which he is notified of the offer in writing.

· Offers are submitted to the input register office in the General commission for Taxes and Fees at its headquarters located in (Damascus, Seven Bahrat, the former Cabinet building) until the end of official working hours on Thursday,1/2/2024.

·  Offers are submitted in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. / 51 / of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Decree No. / 450 / of 2004.

·  Those who wish to participate in the request for bids should review the Informatics Directorate at the commission headquarters mentioned above, in the fourth floor, to obtain the books of special conditions (legal, financial and technical) for an amount of ($ 500) five hundred US dollars for the foreign bidder and its equivalent in Syrian pounds on the date of purchasing the book of special conditions for the local bidder.
